Beginning Backyard BBQ Cooking Class - June 3rd, 2017

The instructor will be Bob Oldfield, of Burnin' Bob's Butts n Bones competition BBQ team and this Backyard BBQ class will make you BBQ King or Queen of your neighborhood.

We will cover different types of smokers and woods, meat selections, seasonings (rubs and sauces), and cooking procedures. We will be smoking pork butt (pulled pork), pork spare ribs, and brisket. When all questions have been answered and the meats are done smoking we will have a BBQ feast!

Class will run from 8:00 to 12:00, followed by a BBQ feast. Cost of this class (including the feast) is $50. We will be offering a discount on membership to the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association if you are interested.
